These shopping terms and conditions (“Agreement”) automatically govern the relationship between WaroengFrancais.com (“WaroengFrancais”) and the consumer (“Consumer”) upon placement of an order. This Agreement applies to purchases made through the website WaroengFrancais.com or via Chat (WhatsApp and Instagram).

Pricing: The prices listed on our website are current and subject to change without notice. Any discrepancies arising from errors on the consumer’s end are not our responsibility.
Product Price and Shipping: The listed price on the website is exclusive of shipping costs.
Perfume Stock: Stock availability for orders via chat is valid for 30 minutes. Confirmation of stock must be sought if the order exceeds this timeframe.
All transactions will be processed in Rupiah (IDR) conversion value.
Booking Conditions:
Order Placement: Consumer data provided during order placement through the website WaroengFrancais.com or chat through (WhatsApp dan Instagram) is considered a valid order, forming the basis for order processing.
Stock Accuracy: Stock displayed on the website is considered 100% accurate. For chat orders, stock availability will be communicated during the chat.
Payment Terms:
Payment is made after receiving stock confirmation from WaroengFrancais.com. Different payment methods are available, including credit card and bank transfer. Credit Cards that we accept are Visa and Master Card issued by Bank Indonesia. Payment via Credit Card does not require confirmation of payment. Details of payment via Credit Card will be explained in the “CREDIT CARD ORDERS” section.
Payment for reservations can also be made by transfer to a bank account owned by WaroengFrancais.com. The bank name, account owner name and account number are as follows (other than this account is not owned by WaroengFrancais.com):
BCA Virtual Account, BCA KLIKPAY, DOKU Wallet, Cash in Store and Kredivo according to the procedures / steps on the website WaroengFrancais.com.
If the consumer has made a payment not on the account owned by WaroengFrancais.com, it is not the responsibility of WaroengFrancais.com to deliver the order or customer must make arrangements with the bank regarding the payment error.
Payment via bank transfer will be considered paid in full if the money has entered the WaroengFrancais.com account and has also confirmed payment by the consumer via chat (WhatsApp and Instagram) according to the format provided.
If there is an error from the bank when WaroengFrancais.com checks the transfer mutation, the product delivery will be delayed until we can check the mutation in question. However, if the customer can send the proof of transfer from the bank via email within the time limit set by WaroengFrancais.com and we consider it valid, the order will be sent without delay.
Delays in the clearing process between banks are not the responsibility of WaroengFrancais.com.
Credit Card Orders:
Customers initiate an order on the WaroengFrancais.com website, selecting the ‘Credit Card’ payment method on the order page, where they also input their personal information.
Upon clicking the ‘Continue’ button on the order page, customers will be directed to the Order Review page, providing a detailed overview of their order plan before final approval.
If the customer is satisfied with the information presented on the Order Review page, they can proceed by clicking the ‘Agree and Order’ button.
Upon selecting the ‘Agree and Order’ button, the Order Information page will be displayed, and this information is promptly dispatched to the consumer’s email. Customers are kindly requested to await stock confirmation from WaroengFrancais.com, which will also be sent to their email.
Upon selecting the ‘Credit Card Payment’ button, customers will be prompted to input the following details: a. Card Number and CVV of the credit card b. Expiry Date c. Card Owner Name d. Card billing address
Upon selecting the ‘Process Payment’ button and the successful completion of the transaction, customers will be directed to the Transaction Summary page, confirming the success of their payment process. This information is automatically relayed to WaroengFrancais.com, eliminating the need for consumers to confirm payment separately. Additionally, customers will receive an email from WaroengFrancais.com, confirming the successful payment and detailing the scheduled dispatch of their package in accordance with the ‘Terms of Delivery.
We strongly encourage consumers making credit card payments to retain all transaction receipts for their records.
At present, we exclusively accept VISA and MasterCard for credit card payment.
Orders paid with credit cards will be dispatched to the shipping service within 24 hours of receiving a successful payment confirmation in your email or within 72 hours after making a successful card payment. It’s important to note that the delivery pertains to the shipping service and not directly to the destination.
Terms for Cancellation/Modification:
Changes or cancellations to orders are permissible only if payment has not been finalized.
After completing the payment, modifications or cancellations are not possible unless the product stock, initially indicated as “AVAILABLE” by WaroengFrancais.com, is found to be depleted or Out of Stock.
The product will be dispatched to the shipping service upon receipt of full payment by WaroengFrancais.com.
The chosen shipping service is under the jurisdiction of WaroengFrancais.com.
Products will be shipped to the address provided by the consumer during the website order placement or payment confirmation via chat (WhatsApp, Instagram, or Email).
WaroengFrancais.com holds no responsibility for consumer errors in providing address information during website orders or payment confirmation via SMS, leading to non-delivery, non-receipt, or delayed receipt of the product (No reimbursement will be provided by WaroengFrancais.com). Consumers are accountable for late delivery instances where the expedition courier attempts delivery but encounters unavailability or refusal at the destination. In cases where the expedition makes multiple delivery attempts, consumers are obligated to cover the associated shipping costs, as per the rates applied at the time of order.
Once the product is handed over to the delivery service, the responsibility shifts entirely to the delivery service, relieving WaroengFrancais.com of any further obligations.
WaroengFrancais.com cannot assure the exact date of product receipt by the consumer or offer compensation for delays occurring after the package is handed over to the delivery service, as this falls under the service provider’s responsibility. Our commitment extends to providing an estimated receipt date, aligned with the schedule communicated to WaroengFrancais.com by the delivery service.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times align with the rates set by WaroengFrancais.com.
In the event of delayed delivery, consumers are encouraged to directly reach out to the Call Centre of the respective delivery service, using the provided delivery number by WaroengFrancais.com. Our role is to assist in verifying the delivery status if it deviates from the scheduled timeline. Consumers are advised to proactively inquire about their package delivery status with the expedition.
When we refer to ‘1 working day,’ we mean the day following the dispatch of the product by WaroengFrancais.com to the expedition. For instance, if payment and confirmation are completed on Monday before 13:00 WIB, the perfume will be sent to the expedition on that same Monday and is expected to reach the consumer’s location by Tuesday. It’s important to note that Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, and collective leave are not considered working days by the expedition. This example aligns with the estimate provided by the expedition to WaroengFrancais.com.
Once payment has been made, WaroengFrancais.com does not entertain modifications to orders, including additions or subtractions, and changes to the delivery address.
Terms & Conditions for GO-JEK & GRAB Delivery:
Booking is available through WaroengFrancais.com, WhatsApp Chat, and Instagram.
No minimum order requirement.
Delivery via Gojek & Grab is applicable for DKI Jakarta and Tangerang areas.
Shipping costs are communicated in accordance with the Gojek & Grab Application.
Consumers have the option to settle shipping costs directly with the driver upon package receipt or include them in the invoice provided by WaroengFrancais.com.
